I think they're probably inactive and she has to activate them with the skill tree. That said, my money's on one of them being telepathy, because the comedy of Sydney having telepathy would be hilarious... although that might be an extended function of the truesight orb.

No crunch, no broken glasses. I seriously doubt with her hyperactivity Sydney would get cheapo glasses that would break that easy. Most people who have a prescription that actually requires them to wear all the time generally get gtlasses that can take a beating. Titanium frames, polymer coating, etc. I can tie my glasses into a knot and they snap back to normal a second later. Or step on them. Or... a bunch of things.

As someone who wears glasses and is overly reckless sometimes, if they fit your face properly, and you don't wimp out and go with untreated glass and plastic horn-rimmed frames (I have titanium frames and polymer treated lenses) they actually protect your eyes when you run into things a lot. The part you got to worry about more is a scratched nose from the nose piece digging in.

Actually Nordicbeserk, the correct term for that kind of sound effect would be a nonomatopoeia. It's a neologism (newly made up word) slash portmanteau (two words mashed together to make a new word - in this case "non" or "not" and "onomatopoeia.")

I'm still torn on whether or not one of the orbs is for healing. On the one hand, Sydney hurts herself so often you'd think that she'd have grabbed one of the mystery orbs to see if it helped. On the other, she *is* easily distracted...

Ouch, that's gotta hurt, are we sure one of the orbs isn't giving Sydney a passive buff to her toughness/endurance, or a minor healing factor. Alternatively she's still so hopped up on her meds she just didn't notice going face first into a tree.
