Some thoughts: Scarlet and Crimson are real hot, (well-documented personal weakness for redheads) Any second now Gregor, his kids and anyone else who's hearing extends into the ultrasonic range is going to notice that Sydney is in fact, squeeing at a ridiculously high frequency. Chorius looks like some form of Deep One, possibly there to represent the Eldritch Abominations/Ultraterrestrials Irradon, for a moment I thought (s)he, it(?) looked like a Tau Etherial but thankfully no, the GW Atack Lawyers will not be coming for you. Decollete, wouldn't be surprised to know that she and Dabbler were former classmates (and possibly more ;) ) at Deamon High (can't remember which strip that was in) And there are yet more Council Members to meet, let the Wild Mass Guessing & speculation commence.

All of the Archon people are there by invitation. Technically Maxima holds the Super chair, but it's honorary now that Supers are out and have official representation in the government.
