What kind of visa would Dabbler have? If she's naturalized, she's obtained citizenship, so that would imply an Immigration visa or maybe a dual-intent visa. Would this also imply that there are governmental policies to either issue non-terran sophonts some kind of immigration/non-immigration visas or slot them into existing visa systems? Would Arianna even be able to answer those questions, or would that be the press conference going out of control? Why do I suspect that Deus's company is going to do business with exploitative or predatory employment agencies applying for alien work visas?
