I wonder if she can pierce the Veil in some way? My guess (since she is apparantly wearing a blindfold, perhaps she has a sensory perception that the Veil does not function upon?)

So, this is Aranea? That name evokes Spiders (Charlotte's daughter and a species of orb-weaving spiders) which would explain the multiple arms of the silhouette seen in the last panel of #795...
