To be fair, Hiro getting his shirt blasted Would probably elicit far less of a reaction, hence the mostly realistic face for it. Vs Heatwave getting handed a Huge "flex-toy" that dabbler felt needed care taking in her absence. . . No comment on why it appears to be bent in an S curve. Add the american aversion to sexual things vs violence and that's why Heat's reaction is so much more emotive, I guess!

Just my 2 cents re panel 6: not fond of the anime reaction on the more "realistic" characters. I mean, look at Hiro in panel 8 - his reaction could have been just as OTT, but he doesn't get the same treatment (Thanks, btw). Ah, well, it made me laugh, which is probably all one can hope for. :)

Because she is Dabbler and if something has garnered this reaction it is more serious than command structure.

2. Hiro is second in command of the unit, why would he not address Dabbler's giving him orders? She's a contractor, but she is under the command structure, to a degree.

Interesting that there's enough of a history on the subject that Dabbler has such a visceral reaction. One might think that any group unwise enough to earn that kind of reaction would rapidly become a former group, and example.
