So the fun joke here is that someone fun and evil buys the pump for a lucky friend-o and tells them it's a miracle penis/pussy pump or something but GUESS WHAT it turns them into a big bouncy, wobbles but doesn't fall over, happy boi ball! (They're called boi balls but you can pump up any gender ;3)
