The ones I found all use the D12 as a bulb cover. As well as swag lamps and ones that are just the die sitting on a table.

I can neither confirm nor deny that I have done something like this, more than once. Definitely not this extreme. Most annoying was tossing a bag of potatoes in the freezer after getting home from the store. I did not realize my mistake until I went to cook them. Frozen raw potatoes - for those that don't know - are pretty much only useful as compost. I don't drive (bad eyes) and on multiple occasions have caught a friend starting to drive home instead of dropping me off first (or go wherever we were supposed to be going) because we were chatting and they were driving on autopilot.

I can sympathise. I once was having cereal for breakfast and suddenly thought that the milk carton felt way too heavy. My eyes focused, and I realized I was half a second from dousing my bowl of muesli with a jug of Coca-Cola. I have no idea how that neural shortcircuit happened.

dont have to be sleepy to autopilot common tasks in your home^^ i once went to pour me a bowl of cereals... halfway through, i had to open a new pack and dispose of the now empty one... so i turned around and almost poured milk into the recycling bin and the plastic waste into my bowl... wasnt really sleepy or tired... just not particularily engaged with the task and got wires crossed though i do think this is much more likely to happen to people on the ADHD spectrum... no clue if im on that, but i at least know that feeling - i just usually catch myself before committing too far^^

Wouldn't she just find popsicle sticks, and a lot of wet sticky underwear (don't get dirty - they're sticky because of the sugar, and wet because of the melted ice) In her underwear drawer. Oh and some mold if it's been a week or so...

I don't tend to put items in the wrong place, but my ADHD loves to put important items in places where they blend in with the background. Last week I put my blue-green socks on my more blue-green chair, and could not find them a couple of minutes later, despite looking right at them several times; BUT, when I went and got a different pair of socks, and then sat in my more-blue-green chair, I found my first pair of socks. Thanks, ADHD!

Feel Sydney, for sure. I have put the milk in the cabinet before (though I didn't leave it there long, thank goodness. Also left my cell phone in the freezer, in the closet, and in the deep freeze (that thing got around).

Nope - it is always centered on her. She could put herself AND the milk in the shield, but that would occupy one hand with the shield orb for little benefit. A better orb use might be holding the milk with the molest-orb, but we haven't really seen how fine her squeeze control is.

Yeah, audio books are my answer to my brain 'auto-piloting' right pass the exit I need. They keep my thoughts from internalizing to the point I stop noticing road signs (though I never lose track of the road itself or traffic on or near it, just the signs and where I'm supposed to be turning, though I do still notice stop signs and rail road crossing signs). Also, at least once a week I'll plan on stopping at the store for something as I'm leaving work and not remember that until I'm at home backing into the driveway, or worse just took my boots off while supper is heating up and I'm trying to get ready to eat supper and take a shower (not at the same time). I've never done anything as extreme as Sydney did there, but if I'm out of it enough to do that food and I usually aren't on agreeable terms, and that's the ONLY reason it hasn't happened a few times.

I like how she is using one of those gripper things despite having the light hook. I can also imagine her opening a window and using the light hook to take the trash all the way to the dumpster from inside her apartment.
