Hi, How i do i get the antidote. I have tried a lot to find but i am not able to.

the requirement isn't huge!? It's just a normal good affection/relation with dr horney that is needed. The antidote, that is also needed, can be accessed any time. It wouldn't make sense if Dr. Horney would take you with her if she doesn't like you!

It does! Jeez...it says the same with my account. I log out, then I click the link, then there is a page that says: View Patreon profile information View Profile photo, first & last name, email address • View pledge amounts Then I press allow...and surprise surprise, your itch.io account and your patreon account are still not linked. At least that is what happened with my account. Try it with another browser if you don't believe me

You can log out of your itch.io account, and just download it with your patreon account. I've tried it and it works, there is even an option for that in my itch io creator account that says: Make it downloadable without itch.io account! If you don't want to log out, then scroll down where it says: "The Asylum: Dr. Abusem Extended Ending" and download it from there

I have done that already with the old Asylum Post. You only need to scroll down. But it might not be so in the future. You can simply log out of your itch.io account. You only need the patreon account to download it...and why I do it is pretty clear...itch.io is another platform to present my games, plus it works with patreon and it's easy to have it all in one place

hey so there's no way to edit relationships within the game folder or something right? because as much as I love the game, i kinda messed up my relationship with the doctor and if possible I'd like to continue from my current save.

after you have the antidote injected use the elevator to get back up, be very careful, sneak past the rubbernurses, go to elaine and pass her final test so she lets you go...go back to the first floor of the asylum and go to the administration if your affection with dr horney is high enough and you really did use the antidote for XX, she will get you out of the asylum and the ending will trigger

You need to get past her for a bunch of endings, not only her own...she's kind of the end boss ;)

Hi Darktoz. I get the cure but which exit is for Dr.Abusem's ending? I download the game from itch.

No problem...remember that the wrong antidote (there are two of them) can kill you, so save first. It depends which one you have to use wether you fought against injection XX the whole time or you just did obey anyway...there is a note in the computer room that explains it :)

Thanks for the info. In typical RPG fashion I just walked past the air vent, because I first wanted to check out the other stuff above. Then I forgot about it again, ha ha.

Is the cure in the recreation room? I'm currently still looking for it and also have the key, but I am not sure there's any door in the basement I haven't tried opening yet.

You mean toughness? On the first day: Shower twice, watch television, find the remote control on B1 and bring it to tom, then you can find the videotape on B1 and watch television again
