Poll: Chastity - Optional or Forced - You decide
🕑 Added 2022-03-27 15:30:00 +0000 UTCI am making good progress and have made some decisions how the animations are displayed. It took me a while to make a gif that shows what I mean, but in general you will be able to decide how long the animation plays out via dialogue.
(sorry for the low quality of the gif, but as you may know gifs can only display 256 colors)
For example: You click on keep licking her shoes and you will see some dialogue and interaction with the woman. Afterwards you are in this menu again. Now you click on kiss her shoes and the character will start kissing her shoes instead of licking. And then he will start licking again and the menu pops back up. All flavoured with dialogue, of course.
If you click on continue the scene will end and the story moves on. That is why continue is displayed in a different color.
I think this is a pretty good concept, especially for those who wanted Femdom City scenes to always be longer because of...reasons ;).
Poll: Chastity!
Now, I had a comment about that chastity should also be optional, and I think we should put that to a vote.
I had originally planned to make chastity forced for one day in the game. When the player arrives at his new workplace, he will get locked up no matter what. Part of the rules of Blackmore.
After one day you can decide to take it off or stay locked up.
Now I always thought that chastity was something everyone that is into femdom is intrigued about, but I also thought that about other fetishes. So it turns out it isn't the case and I can understand that people might want to have that optional as well.
I can rewrite the scene, making chastity completely optional, even for the first day. It wouldn't take that long.
The thing is that it isn't very "femdom" to be asked to be locked up, so to speak having this option. Then again, it is about making the game as fun and customizable for everyone that has certain kinks, and if chastity is not one of them, it should maybe always be optional. Even on the first day.
I am making a poll about this just to see how the community feels about it. You can only vote once in the poll.
If you don't really care, just don't vote for either option.

I was tempted to vote 'optional;, but if She is putting us in chastity then how can I say no? But seriously, forced chastity for one day sounds like a good option. Later there could be different chastity options btw, like chastity with electro torture (mistress turns it on randomly while MC is doing smth, eating or in public space) or chastity with spikes inside. But I also hope for a nice CBT content that will not only focus on balls, which is quite common, but also on penis (from slapping to beating, stomping, crushing, biting, urethral insertions and using various tools), so for that we'll need our penis freed (a scenario where MC begs to be freed and is freed only to have his penis tortured and the only way to stop the torture is to ask to be locked up again sounds nice now that I think about it). In general I don't mind having chasity cage all the time if being locked will not diminish the amount of CBT scenes avaiable on a "locked" route.

I agree that chastity should be forced. however, it is also true that I also like the idea of being able to free yourself sometimes, if only for the sake of having to put it back on. in any case I voted for forced chastity.

In my opinion a femdom game shouldn't be in general a bowl of cherries. It just doesn't fit to seek domination/humiliation on one hand, and on the other hand tell your mistress exactly what to do and how to behave. In the latter case I wonder who is controlling whom. So if there should be a variety in the game you don't like, grit your teeth and pull through, and let others enjoy.

yeah, lol...well, still haven't really worked on that one so there is not much to spoiler. and right now the only stuff that you will be able to pick up in the first episode is alcohol and alchemy ingredients

Totally off topic, but a while back you mentioned an inventory system. Can you give us a peek at what items we might be finding and how they effect gameplay? Maybe put "Spoiler!" tags on it for those who worry about that sorta thing.
Considering that it's optional after the first day, I think it would be better to make it forced for the first day, for the sake of game immersion. Mike makes a good point, with which I agree, that making it a choice isn't in keeping with the spirit of femdom. Also, for future polls, you might consider adding "I don't care" as a third option. I think you might get slightly more accurate results ;)
