It is the 24th of april, and next sunday will be 1st of may. That means that I've missed my goal to release the game in april :(.
I am really close. What's missing is: The 2 optional quests (with the girls you see in the pictures), the dream sequence and a part of the inventory.
The gallery/memory room won't be available right at the start of the game. I think that is no problem, because it is still early in the game, so not that many scenes and renpy basically allows you unlimited saves (unlike in femdom city) so you can save right before an interesting scene (and skip forwards and backwards through scenes). I will work on the gallery after the first version is released, don't worry.
Now, to the good news: I am really close to releasing it :). So excited! There is a small chance that it is coming next week, more likely the week after, though, because I want to do a few days of polishing and maybe adding additional dialogue! But yeah...it has been 4 months without me releasing anything. So thank you guys for sticking with me. Like I already pointed out: New game engine, new render graphic engine, sounds&music, all that took a lot of time...learning by doing can be frustrating at times!
In the end I think it will be worth it...well I think it was already worth it because of the improved render quality. I really like my new artstyle, I love the possibilities and the details!

A bit like myself. I spend 1/3 of the time writing. Then if I'm about to post something public the other 2/3 of the time is ironing out the wrinkles I didn't see while writing. Oops, that line is unconnected. Oops, forgot about that variable in the docs. Oops, why on earth is that upside down?!?!

it will be updated with more content, of course. on release you get the intro/the first day and two optional quests, but this is just like captured by dark elves, the asylum or femdom city and will get multiple updates where the story is told

oh, it won't be difficult to go back to updating femdom city, i still have my other render engine as well and i've saved all the assets, don't worry. might be a bit more of a drag to work with the older software, but i think i can handle that :)

Woooo! Almost there! Personally I don't think it's any issue that it's not released precisely in April. Some months back you said around April or April-May, so you've still managed expectations ;). And, of course, both you and your fans want you to create a great game, and four months is a great time to complete a creative project, especially while learning new skills, as you have. Question: do you plan to release the game and then release updates for more content or patches for any bug fixes down the line? Or will it just be one game and then on to the next thing?

thank you. yes, i think the weekly updates is really something that more creators should do. it is not like it's much work to write an update every week, because I love to talk about the projects I am working on...I just have to be careful not to spoiler too much :)
