Snap chat Sunday
🕑 Added 2025-09-22 20:06:26 +0000 UTCI went on snap chat today and was reminded of what I looks like two years ago (Right) and it genuinely shocked me to see. I remember the exact feeling when taking that picture and I remember thinking I still had 2 more lbs left to go but because I was on vacation I wouldn’t be counting calories, and I would just let myself do whatever I wanted.
I felt like that was the healthy thing to do but unfortunately once I dipped back into eating whatever I wanted I got a taste for it again. And the I decided I could have a drink and even though I hadn’t drank in 6 months, I started back up again. After the vacation I kept eating poorly started drinking again and really goofed everything up.
It’s weird to think about because our relationships with our bodies are so challenging. I know I’m way to lean in the one photo but I felt really really healthy. But at the same time I was restricted in a lot of ways. I like the pic on the right from two weeks ago, but that person has ABSOLUTELY been drinking too much and spending too much on take out.
It’s cliche to say everything in moderation but that’s not who I am. I’m an extreme person and it’s all or nothing. That said, the one thing I always do no matter what shape I’m in, is be kind to myself. I choose to love myself when I’m too thin, when I’m too thick, when I’m not drinking, when I’m drinking too much, when I’m spending too much, when I’m being too stingy, and everything in between.
Be kind to yourself. We’re all just trying to make it lol.

Both pictures look great to me. I am not able to exercise like I should due to injuries in my back. But I like to think I would look good if I could get regular exercise.
