As far as it goes, Moxxie never made it aware he’s sexually frustrated and he both banged Loona behind Millie’s back, but also lied about it all instead of being open for discussion to find a resolution. Aside from the betrayal it’s also the idea of losing Moxxie to someone who can accommodate him. Kind of like the reverse of the typical NTR. I find this whole thing situation fascinating that had a more lively place to chat about. On the one hand Moxxie is guilty for both cheating on Millie only out of sexual frustration due to his size and coercion by Loona, but he’s also guilty of lying to Millie about it all and brushed it under the rug. While she’s now as bad as Moxxie for double-cheating on him by way of basically instigating the events and made the willful choices to do all that despite being taken care of by Moxx rather than questioning Loona further who to her saw regular ol’ Moxxie with a giant dick she shouldn’t know anything about as far as Millie was concerned. This is all pretty crazy!
