June Monthly Artwork - Videl x C18 [NSFW]

But here it is ;) The concept was, that C18 is the only character in DB, that can be considered tougher than Videl in a "manly" way, while not being a man. So Videl could finally let go, be vulnerable and more expressive :)It's kind of an experimental comic page. You can read it left to right, then top to bottom, then right to left. Let me know whether it has a natural flow, like I wanted it to be!
BTW, it's damn hard to draw C18 with a warm, gentle and engaged smile... It took me ages to make her, so she doesn't look like a total creep or one big seme/butch :O
I always try to portray kind emotions and a story in my NSFW works, not just a simple act of love making and I hope it's visible even if only a little :)

Thank you for your kind words! :) Yeah, but first of all I wasn't looking for "the strongest", I was looking for "the toughest". Secondly, I wanted to draw Videl in her "cool" hero phase (before she started to have any feelings toward Gohan), so I needed a heroine that was in the series before she's turned into a "girl in love " character or "perfect Japanese wife and mother" :P Also, I don't really know Super characters, I tried watching it but I didn't really got hooked :(

Absolutely fantastic piece this month Cherry! Love this pairing! Recently they introduced several females into the new arc in Dragon Ball Super that are very possibly even stronger then 18 is. The added emotions is completely worth it and appreciated. It helps draw me in and engages me so much more even when it comes to the NSFW stuff. Also really like how much extra flavor is thrown in to add to the warm passionate tone. I especially like the boiling pot image as a way to start it off. I can see why you called it a challenging concept and why it would have taken a bit longer. Completely worth it imo though.

Ciekawe podejście, nie powiem. Na początku trochę to chaotycznie wyglądało i zastanawiałem się, gdzie początek, gdzie koniec. Podoba mi się za to dobór postaci, bo choć moją ulubioną postacią z DB była chyba jednak Bulma (generalnie, najbardziej lubię początek tej serii, był lekki, komediowy i dowcipny), to pomysł, choć crackowy, ma swoją logikę, właśnie przez dobór autentycznie silnych pań. Przy czym Videl zawsze była typową chłopczycą, a C18 jednak nie do końca. Do tego Android to kobieta o przejściach, z doświadczeniami, może nawet lepiej rozumiejąca to i owo niż Videl, co ładnie widać w tekście. A ogólnie, podoba mi się, jak obrazek ma swoją dynamikę i przedstawia jakąś historię, nie jest wyłącznie landszaftem czy portretem. No i chwali ci się, nie pierwszy raz zresztą, że dbasz o szczególiki, takie choćby te fotki na lodówce, które tworzą klimat i pozwalają całość umiejscowić w konkretnym miejscu, a także zachęcają do uważniejszego studiowania całości.
