RWBY - Us two against the world
🕑 Added 2018-06-09 13:01:00 +0000 UTC For this month I've prepared an illustration with Yang and Blake from RWBY vs........ Adam the evil nightmare!It was one BIG experiment!
I went outside my comfort zone and tried many new things in which I feel like I'm not good enough or at all. It was a challenge for composition, camera shot, storytelling and coloring. I wanted colors to be aggressive, dangerous, somewhat choking.
For the story, I wanted to show that these girls are standing in front of their nightmare, a depiction of fears and doubts. BUT they have each other and they support each other and the fact that they stand there together means that they're going to face this evil and not run away.

I don't know a lot about RWBY, but this piece is amazing. You can see the girls' determination to stand together against the evil. The colors are like wow. Bold. It looks so awesome.
