Not only would she be asked to manage other centaurs, but theres also the backhanded concept of Mel bringing more of this minority alien species into their company; when they barely bother to maintain a respectful and safe environment for 1 centaur. I see this as an attempt on Mel's part to try to bring Talita closer to her own kind so she is less isolated, when really they are ignoring what Talita really needs to be happy in her situation. I can see all of these factors making Talita finally snap.

Hmm. I wonder what will be the catalyst for Talita’s final decision to leave. She seems so resigned to her lonely fate at the moment… Maybe these new temps that are coming next week will be the final catalyst? I think we’ve all been surmising that they’re probably centaurs. Dealing with shitty humans is one thing, but Talita knows how to socialize with shitty humans. Asking her to manage other centaurs is a huge ask, and I don’t think she’ll be able to tough it out as easily. (Ironically I think she could learn a lot from such an arrangement, but I don’t think she’s personally ready for that just yet.)
