Hypnosis for Sleep: Worry Beast

Myself and many people I'm connected to on social media are pretty burnt out worrying about politics lately. I imagined a hypnosis file to help us sleep a little better by letting go of worries while we sleep. After-all, what's the point of worrying while you're asleep? Nothing can be done while sleeping and lack of sleep leaves a person less prepared. At first I imagined something juvenile like the cookie monster sucking out the ghosts of worries and going, "Mmmmm... existential dread tastes like raspberry truffles... NOM NOM NOM NOM!" However, after I wrote and recorded it, I mellowed the monster down to a guardian beast. He's more of a protector that stands guard while you sleep for the cost of your worries.
This track is designed to be listened to in bed before you fall asleep. headphones are suggested, but not required. The background is pure brown noise, which helps people sleep.

I laughed when I read about the cookie monster sucking out the ghosts of worries and going, "Mmmmm... existential dread tastes like raspberry truffles... NOM NOM NOM NOM!" However, the more I think about it, the more I like the idea of cookie monster eating my worries. How can I worry about something that tastes like raspberries? Money worries could taste like cookie dough and health worries like fudge brownies. I'm certain I'm not the only person out there that likes this idea. And I'd love to hear some of the outtakes when you dissolve into laughter.
