Weekly Rant : Health Issues - May 27th 2021
🕑 Added 2021-05-27 19:16:36 +0000 UTCI have had a run of bad luck in the past few months, and things aren't letting up quite yet. I managed to cause enough damage to the left side of my neck, shoulder and chest to be put on muscle relaxers and may need to attend physical therapy if I can't get things back to normal with standard stretches, exercise, and rest.
I will be taking a week off to rest and recover. You will still see me coming and going, though. I will check messages and watch the discord, but sitting hunched over a drawing tablet all day is what is doing this to me, so that will have to wait for a little bit.
Does it mean I work less? No, I just need to work smarter. More frequent breaks, proper stretching and segmenting my work into blocks so that I am not stuck in the same position all day.
