there is a point where the creator just needs one lucky shot to one shot the one (lvl 16) but i’m guessing telekinesis will still be just as deadly no matter his defense

Now that Power Levels are gone. In which case could the creator win against the one? I mean the creator obviously has stronger stats but he is still a human after all which kinda sucks in this case. Would it be a fight where all the odds would side with The One either way?

Judging how the one can literally split the entire planet, probabaly very far (unless telekinesis works differently on living beings)
