A viewer asked me this. I reflected all day and responded in this video. Now your turn. In your journal, answer these questions. Let yourself write anything and everything that comes into your mind. You don't have to have a 'right' answer. Just find out what thoughts and feelings you hold inside. What do these questions bring to the surface for you?
Also, since I'm sharing about IFS and parts.... see if you can identify in your writing which parts of you are showing up to express themselves. Can you hear multiple voices speaking? Do you have multiple parts with differing opinions? Are some of your parts judging the thoughts that other parts of you have? It can be helpful to re-read what you just wrote. First just write. Then go back and read and identify the parts that showed up.
