#5 Rice Terraces at Tegallalang, Bali (Sept 25, 2022)
🕑 Added 2022-11-23 06:34:53 +0000 UTCWalk with me through the rice terraces, hot sunshine and watercolor paints keeping me company. I started and ended my day with the swings. Swinging over the jungle is a big deal around here. Still adjusting to life out in the world on my own, nervous belly butterflies weren't ready to swing at the start of the day and I calmed myself down by bonding with nature. I sat with an old woman selling coconuts, painting her world, her view, in her hut. By the end of the day, I was ready to set sail. I road a scooter back down to the town of Ubud, stopping for an avocado burger at the Avocado Warung. This was a full day of adventure for me, stepping out of my comfort zone, walking with the butterflies.
