Video idea: Comparative analysis of restaurant companies -- JFC, PIZZA, MAXS, FCG They were heavily battered during the pandemic. Moving forward as the economy reopens and recovers, their earnings will start to recover so i think they deserve a look :)

Ang Problema Kasi sa mga REIT ni Villar is that ang Tenants Niya mostly e mga sarili Niyang companies. Kapag pumangit fundamentals Ng mga companies Niya, maapektuhan REITs Niya. And mostly sa kanyang mga companies have bad fundamentals.
