Dont expect fat dividends soon for SHLPH because they will be spending a lot of Capex. The good thing is, this will be good for growth.

They just finished their new Batangas plant so no more large capex. Moving forward i expect more room for FCF growth. Hopefully dividends will increase next year and they will start to trim down their debt. I like the company because of high return on capital.

Good Company but I need the Debt Leverage to fall below 3 and the company needs to start generating large cashflows again or else it would be hard for them to maintain or increase their dividends. Refer to my 1 stock pager analysis of DNL.

Thank you for your prompt reply..this really help me in making the decision whether to invest in vul or directly invest to stocks..More likely I will rather invest in high dividend and sound stocks in the Philippines.

Well basically, its a mutual fund that bought an Index Fund QQQ which is basically a Tech Focused Index Fund. And they are charging 2.2% annual fee which for me is a daylight robbery hahaha! It does have a decent historical returns but thats only because of low interest rate environment in the past. With high interest rate and still increasing until mid of next year, Tech Focused index will continue to underperform. And they make their Fact Sheet not easy to understand which is another red flags.
