Nickel price involves too many macro economics and is cyclical. I have no idea what will happen to its future price but rather to just monitor or follow it. And it seems you are running a concentrated portfolio. I don't practice that so i have no opinion on your situation.

whats your thoughts on NIKL Im 33% ipit though sold some already but I still have 15% position. It seems like nickel demand is decreasing in the world market plus the fact that Indonesia will lift band on their nickel mining- competitor.

I don't know that much about first world IPO.

CREC is the tenant of CREIT. CREC going public means they will have access to new capital and can also raise for new additional capital in the future which means they can expand aggressively. CREC getting bigger I think is good for CREIT.

Solar renewablea are fairly new companies who listed in PSE so I don't know what will be their future growth prospects. All I can do is follow their fundamentals moving forward. I own CREIT and indirectly also own SPNEC through MER.

It could be a possibility like 20 years from now, but maybe only 1 rental property lol.

Real Estate Is good for people with large amount of capital. So I prefer stocks and I love the process of picking companies and investing. In real estate, I think I will not like the idea of dealing with tenants on a day to day or month per month basis. HAHA

I don't recommend stocks, do your own due diligence. Some power stocks I personally own right now are MER,AP,FGEN and some other more. You can refer to my Portfolio in excel.

MER current fundamentals I think is ok. Medyo maingay lang siya because of politics and yung pag renew niya ng franchise in the coming years.

Based on recent article, optimistic daw ang management in 2024 lol. I think the best way to know is to follow the company fundamentals every quarter.

video request po sana kung paano mag set ng allocation for the stocks that you choose to buy? meron na kasi akong list of stocks to buy, pero hinihintay ko umabot sa aking buy price. I also have a set allocation for example 1M for 2024 pero I wonder ano ang best way para i-allocate ito sa mga stocks na napili ko bilhin
