It's a decent company, currently growing and I believe undervalued. Ang ayaw ko sa kanila is Hindi sila malakas magbigay Ng dividend pay out or aggressive share buybacks

Companies na nagiissue Ng bonds, normally hindi talaga maganda cash liquidity nila. Either umuutang sila to refinance their maturing obligations or to invest on growth opportunities na eventually kapag mag materialize, it lowers their leverage.

Matagal nang mataas leverage Ng DD, one of the highest in Property sector kase super aggressive sila nagexpand dati. Sa case Ng kanilang retail Bond offerings, binigyan sila Ng Aaa rating Ng Philratings. Now kung naniniwala ka sa agency na Yan, then yes Aaa rated bonds are safe.

Just buy all of them. If only I can predict their future, then I can weigh in which one is more valuable than the other. But I can't. If one of them doesn't grow as expected, then stop buying or sell it. That's how I approach it.
