Companies with declining growth and increasing leverage has the potential to be value trap. You don't buy companies based on valuation alone.

Pangit sentiment diyan because AP is flattish and Union Bank is declining. Kapag nag grow na ulit Yung dalawang segment na Yan together with their food segment, I think doon mas magiging attractive si AEV

Naka factor in sa aking valuations. Pero I don't look at their trend lines. My personal belief is that businesses are different. May malakas mag generate Ng revenue sacrificing margins, meanwhile Meron din nmn mahina mag generate revenue pero bumabawi sa margin.
