Also I think Hayley’s ending here is good - similar with Brooke’s storyline it’s open ended. She’s full time producing/song writing with Red Bedroom Records and the opportunity is there if she wants to be the one releasing her songs, and she’s really been on this NBA journey with Nathan - as he said to her on the court ‘we did it’

It might be because I haven’t rewatched the last 3 seasons in years (or maybe ever), personally I would not judge if you decided to stop here… But I’ve absolutely loved watching this show again with you, and I will be sat for the last 3 seasons x

Yeah in my opinion, every time I rewatch I stop at season 6 because the ending is everything. I agree it should have ended at season 6. It was such a perfect ending.

I feel like the last three seasons get so much hate, and while there are some storylines that I really struggle with, that's also true with the first six seasons. Mouth being the quintessential NiceGuy™️ complete with the delusional sense of entitlement he displays any time an object of his affection doesn't reciprocate his feelings, anything to do with Felix, the way Deb's addiction was treated as comedic relief...there are plenty of cringy things in those earlier seasons. I think the later seasons have plenty of entertaining storylines and deserve a watch, and there are some really beautiful moments in there that rank up with some of my favorite in the series (obviously can't elaborate because spoilers 😅) .

Similar to season 4, they weren't sure if they were coming back after season 6, so I think they gave it an ending as a just in case. I believe they didn’t know they were coming back until either the middle or end of filming this episode. I do agree that this would have been a great way to end, but I enjoy the last three seasons as well (and I hope you do too). As always, I enjoyed your reaction! Can't wait for the next upload. 😃

The I’m in the nba scene I remember first watching it and just immediately starting to cry it still gets me now. Just the way Haley says it to Nathan definitely one of my favorite parts of 6x24

I love that last episode.. and while I love the last few seasons season 6 would have been the perfect ending because I truly feel that it came full circle with Nathan and the NBA. And lucas and Peyton are happy
