I actually stayed true to the Keto and I'm being rewarded for it! I think honestly tomorrow I'm going to hit my goal a day early of being back in the 200's club.Thank you everyone for the support, we got another 70lb to go to hit my goal in the next 5 months but if we keep this up we're gonna do it! #HighFive

That’s great man, I was 300lbs now I’m 213-215lbs. Just keep at it and stick to what motivates you. Ever feel down just remember your motivation.
