I had to make the stream later in the day because I have therapy in the morning and I can’t miss that it’s critically important right now at this point my life. But one of the topics we can talk about is how the therapy went and how it helps me out and I think it also be a good segue into talking about what happened with Linus tonight and how much it affects us to see so much suffering in the world and getting a look at our mortality the bigger we get and the more people we interact with the world starts to become a really small place really fast.

Oh, I won’t share anything I don’t want to share but there are lots of little tidbits that could help other people from a generic standpoint.
Just finished watching Linus stream, more than once my eyes were leaking. Personal opinion alert! What happens in therapy is for you and only you, unless you want to share. My brother had therapy for years and people tried to pull out of what was said but it was deeply personal to him and being made to feel like he had to talk about it with others was a downward spiral for him. My point in that is don't feel like you have to share what was said in therapy. As long as it's helping it's all good. We only want to see you and your family happy and healthy. Good luck Jerry.
I too go to therapy, I have since the age of 6 lol I'm turning 21 next month. Mental health is something that is only recently getting the attention it deserves in my opinion. Good on you for know it's importance to your personal well being. Stay strong.
