ACOTAR - scrapped dust jackets

Thought I’d share these positively ancient scrapped dust jacket I did for ACOTAR.
My ACOTAR dust jacket collection took me so long to complete because I was such a pain in the ass perfectionist. I ended up redoing this jacket 2 whole times! Part of that was me, part of that was having a very difficult client (sigh trying to be unproblematic sooo I won’t go into that)
Sometimes, you just have to let go and move on! I’m happy with where the collection ended up, and so glad I didn’t go the detailed scenic background route I had here as it would have definitely burnt me out. I do still appreciate the background on this, even though the figures make me cringe haha.

The work is incredible!! I just wanted to say that you had a little remark there on the first piece of art, as if the main character's eye was inserted and not processed, and so incredible work from an incredible artist!!
