My films antagonist
🕑 Added 2020-05-11 17:43:00 +0000 UTCSlowly but steadily I'm adding shot by shot to a collection that will eventually turn into my film named Obsession. This piece will be a bridging shot between scenes showing time passing. The boulder in the middle is what you could describe as the antagonist of the film. Its not an evil thing in itself, but it will be what my two protagonists tries to combat.
I think I will keep using a similar technique for most of the grass through-out the film as I think it really adds a nice touch.

no, i need geometry (megascan) grass animate So I asked earlier about the hair.
Aah ok! How did that work out? You could perhaps animate the sprite texture in AE too? Not sure if that would cause heavier render times or not.
Hey! Using the grass asset? Yeah Im sure that would work. If you animate the grass using deformers I do t see why not :)

Hey! Welcome to the page! I did not manage to make it work that well with hair. Did you look at the video I posted here about how I did it with cloners? That method worked better than hair.

Yes. The grass movement and the pieces of debris floating (or maybe those are insects flying) from the foreground to the background are really nice touches. Love it.
