🕑 Added 2025-03-29 09:05:06 +0000 UTCIn the Sea Eagle, the output worked rather well (perhaps a little too realistic in the middle!), although it doesn't actually match the shot in the episode. What should happen is that the wench is called to bring wine, and in the telesnap she's standing at the table waiting to paid. So in this animation it doesn't align because she comes to the table and the wine's already there, but I was just playing around. To iron this out, I'll photoshop out the drinks and try to make extra keyframes to steer the movement.
With Grey and Trask talking, I haven't run this through anything to make the lips sync, so it looks like a foreign language film, but I'm quite happy that the movement is natural.

The Sea Eagle scenes were quite passable. The talking scene, aside from the lip sync, was also very good. Both scenes are isolated from the narrative. Perhaps once placed in context, the movement would be noticeable. But, as stand alone scenes, the Sea Eagle looks natural. The talking scene just needs lip sync to be passable IMO.

Jaw-dropping! Getting better with each new clip. And a glitch but I quite like how the serving wench emerges through the wall!
