3rd Doctor > 9th Doctor > 13th Doctor. Or 6th Doctor > 9th Doctor if you're into the bad boys. (6th WAS one of my favorites, because he was so... superior behaving towards others, as was kinda sorta justified). Also, I can justify each and every one of my choices.
