Sounds crazy but haven’t actually heard about the stilettos and fishnets and how their connected to sexiness, but makes so much sense when you mentioned it. The Margiela femininity I feel is a perspective of women that could be used in modern day. I also think this type of approach could inspire many men to design womenswear in a different way, I myself often feel like “designing something that I personally would wear”, which can be hard regarding womenswear. I often relate to women’s coats due to the sole fact that men also wear coats, but essentially what I’m trying to say is that Margiela’s approach can be useful in that regard. There is this kind of mystery regarding the “Margiela woman”, similarly to most men’s perception of women, including myself. Lots of babbling in this paragraph but as you mention Bliss, writing it down helps you process the information.
