Guys, I finished and deployed first version of leave2gether server and need a couple of volunteers to test how log-in and cloud save works. All this might take up to 15 minutes of your time, including download time.
What is changing:
- Now player will need to log in with his / her patron email to play patron's version (otherwise public is active)
- Now every patron has Cloud save slot added - this is linked to patron email and available (according to my own test) for all platforms, but mac (I did not test mac). For all versions (so no more issue with finding your old local save games hell)
- Later I will add tier rewards linked to patron email as well
What is needed to be tested:
- login with your patreon email into different game platforms (exe, swf)
- save local; save to cloud; relocate your game file and check if local save game available / if cloud save game is available
- check if the same cloud save game is available for different platforms
- check if you have any issues with application connecting (your outbound ports 10001 and 3843 should not be blocked on pc)
I will need a couple of testers and at least one patron with mac - I want to make sure everyone will be able to play next version when it is released. Let me know if you can do the test and which OS (Windows / Mac) here or pm. I will send you the link and some instructions pm tomorrow.
This version doesn't have any new game content.
