Project Update
🕑 Added 2022-11-29 09:02:12 +0000 UTCHi guys. Sorry for dropping multiple posts at you at once, but I guess this is going to be a 'new normal' for this project (unless it's shut down eventually).
We've got a lot of progress with new build development, including new assets and around 70 pages of text are ready now. It's still delayed - this time we're changing how gym discounts can be applied to make the whole story a little bit more interesting.
Now about the bad stuff - development is pretty much behind the schedule because of now coming regular power grid shut-offs where I live and that some other members of the team are experiencing. I did not want to mention this before, but I don't have other choices now - this has a crazy tough impact on the project, especially now, when 95% of the work for the update is coding and playtesting and it cannot be done from the notebook at the coffee shop for example (not only because of the adult nature of the project but also because of how resource-hungry the Unity is, making laptop burn and lag like hell)
I wish to call this week a dev release week, but if things turn from bad to worse the update will get delayed until the end of the next week at least. I'm trying to find a solution to this in the meantime, but things are pretty complicated atm.
Right now I'm checking on which part of the update we can effectively 'cut down' to reduce the number of dialogs needed for coding and deliver the first part of the update sooner.
Another thing is I think I have to stick to dropping the 'whole week' updates one-after-another like I did today for at least some time.

love act 1 100% completed the whole thing it is my all time favorite h game. I would love to see nikki added her and lana are my all time favorite characters will never complain about more content for them. love the progress and best of luck to you guys. ive seen so many games get left behind after they get lots of money or just get bored and stop. yall make the best content ive personally ever seen and will have my support indefinitely. Also Casey looks amazing in 2 would enjoy a better gallery system perhaps or more outfits in the scenes ect.. Love Yall

I like the weekly updates, it makes it feel like a solid amount of progress has been made when you see it all at once. But above all else I just want to see this project and this story (and sexy times) continue. I back this project because I want the final version to be the best it can be, regardless of how long it takes. I am in a stable financial position so being able to support someone else who is making something that they are passionate about that I also really like is a big part of what is rewarding about supporting this project. You and your team stay safe first and foremost, then worry about making the game, then finally you can worry about giving updates.

Above everything I hope this project doesn't get shut down. Personally are all for you guys taking sweet time with it, especially since it sounds like you guys are struggling with quite a lot of IRL stuff. And this is one of the few projects I really love, but what you have done aesthetics-wise, but also story-wise over the years. It would be a shame to see it simply being dropped. About the updates, do whatever you feel like on that aspect imho. The best thing is to show something when you got something to show, there is not point in spending time writing a update when all you are gonna write is that we added some code for example.

It's the first time that i writing everything (i'm belgian guy) but i love yours stories, i love Casey and all characters. Take your time in your prodject and take care of you or of your team. sorry for my approximative english and I'm still waiting for the update because i love your work.
