BtS: Hanging out with Jackie

I feel like we have very little of Jackie in the game yet, so adding some content with her might be nice.

current story bones are simple - after Lana agrees to make photo of her butt together with Jackie AND starts working at the Grocery part time, Jackie decides they are buddies (for whatever reason). She wants to spend more time with Lana now, and they do it at Vault. I think that we will have a few mini-comics for their parties and drinking parties, including other Vault patrons and possible scenes they lead to - some with Lana, some with Jackie and some are with either of the girls
