Spells and the Jamming Thereof
🕑 Added 2020-09-30 18:30:54 +0000 UTCI was asked to make a couple of minor changes to the Leviathan of Tyria to make it work better as a sci-fi vessel, but I ended up getting carried away and removing the boats, anchor and bilges, changing the background and recoloring a few things. It's still not wildly futuristic, but it looks a lot more ready to cruise the void than it did before.
This could also work as an airship, but, more than anything, I think it'd make an excellent spelljammer, if anyone's still out there jamming spells in the 21st century.
I also made a second, somewhat less mainstream version for someone who's been asking for something like it for a long time. Of course, if anyone else has a use for it, work away.
As with the regular version of this map, all the patron content for this is free and you can download it from Google Drive or from the links at the bottom of this post.

Well, if you're able to edit the image, you could use the background color to draw some holes in the hull. And I made a few assets a long time ago-- barrels, crates, chests, etc-- that you could scatter around to make it look more disorganized. You can basically use them as tokens or paste them onto the image. You can find those in the Google Drive in the "Tokens and Assets" folder. They're in a zip called "milbysmaps-assets." I don't know if that helps you much, but that's what I can come up with off the top of my head.

Yeah, remember when there were like 10 D&D settings? Isn't that number supposed to go up instead of down? Forgotten Realms, Dark Sun, Ravenloft, Spelljammer, Planescape, Oriental Adventures, Al-Qadim, Maztica, Dragonlance, Greyhawk, Birthright... and whatever else I'm forgetting. What happened?
