[UPDATE 11/11/25] Functional Toaster - Simple Life Lot Trait Update

Hey yall
With the release of Adventure Time and its focus on kids camp, I wanted to add some kid friendly things that they can cook and eat. So here is a toaster that they can use on Gullah Gullah island or at home before they go to school1
So this is a toaster that you can make toasted items with. This includes bagels & cream cheese, toasts, poptarts, and eggo waffler/pancakes! There are two ingredients specific to the toaster which are in the zip. The tablet is required to purchase them if playing with ingredient required.
With Stirring the Pot v16 (or later) and ChildrenCookingSkill add on, child sims can use the toaster too. Otherwise, the child sim may stretch and/pr they won’t do it.
^ I also want to note, especially for the ones who may be new here or may be under the impression that I have a choice in the matter, contrary to popular belief I cannot do anything about the Mac folder if the mod was created on Mac os, which all of my mods are. It is auto generated when I compress files. YOU have to remove it before adding to your windows mod folders or your game won't open. There is a pinned FAQ post that explains further. If you are also using Mac you won’t see it.

thank you for all the hard work! I love your Mod and it makes my game feel whole! I just want to point out that none of the groceries, food spots, air fryer/stir the pot, kitchen tablet foods aren't popping up, they appear in blue squares with the prices but no names or pictures as usual.. the Toaster and the cocktail maker are the only things that work for me unfortunately, sorry to be the barrier of bad news given how you recently just updated everything. Thank you for all the time spent on these Mods, I truly appreciate you. Wishing none but blessings on you <3

I was having problems with the toaster, and I took all my mods out and tested in a new save, it works. You could possibly have a conflict. I suggest removing all your mods, testing with only qmbibi, xml injector, and most updated lot 51 core mod in a new save and see if that works... Update... it doesn't work with the simple living lot challenge. Could you possibly make this compatible with simple living lot challenge--I use it a lot
