Hey Journey, I was thinking the same thing at one point. I was like this girl mod has to be broken, I was angry.. but i noticed it was actually working for a few simmers i know... I did a little looking through the mod installation directions and other people's reviews of the mod.. here is what I learned: You need the outdoor retreat pack. It doesn't say it on the instructions but i read the creator and another simmer have a conversation about outdoor retreat and I also seen it on a few reddit forums.. I downloaded the retreat pack and low and behold, my sims could finally finish cooking. My LE's for the mod completely stopped.

When trying to cook something that requires croissants the cookbook or tablet register that I have some .. is there something that I am doing wrong?

@jacey It shouldn’t as long as none of your packages DO NOT say ._ in front that’s how you know. Like ._[QMB] is wrong I don’t name them like that

They won’t even show on apple that’s the crazy part I didn’t even know they existed until y’all told me a few years ago lol. I never seen them when I downloaded other peoples mods either. But yeah the os folder you can’t open your game you have to remove them manually since I apparently can’t before I upload it :/ And also I found out it’s a DS for every folder so I’m don’t try to minimize extra folders if I remember to lol ♥️

You have to remove the ds and the macosx files if your on Windows if your on Apple I think you can keep them I remove both before I put them in my game

I don’t remove mine just because I get paranoid I am going to corrupt the main file. It doesn’t do anything to your gameplay if you don’t. Mod works fine still for me

LOL The peanut oil for the deep fryer costs about $55. We have a recipe for fall that is really good. Roasted acorn squash with butter and brown sugar. The butter and brown sugar roast into the acorn flesh and it becomes a little candied kinda like a candied yam. You can also take the scooped out seeds and roast them with olive oil to make a crispy snack.

In big bold letter on the download page for the cookbook right at the top right under requirements there is something you need to read which addresses your issue

hi i love your work so much and i wanna use it !! but currently i'm having problems with the express delivery, every time i try to order anything using the app on the phone or the tablet i get charged but the delivery person never comes !! i only have you and insimnia's mods downloaded so i'm not sure what it is :/ i tried to repair my game and its still happening
