Arabia Mountain Geology : the rock here is primarily metamorphic, formed by "cooking" the prexisting rock with a giant ball of magma (a pluton) that rose from beneath and has been subsequently uplifted and eroded over hundreds of millions of years.
Key Geologic Facts from this Region :
*the pluton that became Arabia mountain formed as a result of a continental
collision between ancient North America and Ancient Africa,
400 million years ago, long before the two continents split apart again nearly 300 million years later.
The Appalachian Mountains were built over 3 or 4 subsequent OROGENIES
(mountain-building events) Occurring from 500 million to 250 million years ago.

Don't get glaucids in your urethra. I lived at Cumberland and Irving for a while. It's where lots of N. Side cops and firefighters live because it's as far away from the city they're legally allowed to live, lol. I've had water from that spring. It's delicious!
