I got to go done to the road that leads to the scout camp earlier this week and there was still a couple inches of water running over the road down there. It was passable and no one stopped us, though I work for the govt and could say we were surveying flood damage if anyone was there to stop us. Bouvardia and Aloysia gratissima were going crazy. You could catch a vanilla-scented whiff anywhere along the ranch road. I didn't have time to take a more detailed floristic inventory, but I suspect you'll find a lot of good stuff down there. I plan on going back to collect seed if possible in a couple months.
