Danny, i can not thank you enough for you venturing out on your own and doing something like this. the moment you announced that you were leaving gamespot and were on Giant Bombs UPF saying that you were doing something on your own, i was very intrigued. after you did the NoClip trailer announcing your plans to make video game documentaries, i was instantly hooked. you are my first patreon subscription, and so far i have enjoyed everything you are putting out and i eagerly await your next videos and histories to be told. keep putting you nose to the ground and delivering like i know you will. ill always support you and your en devours. cheers brother! ...also if there is a way you can do a history on Rockstar or the GTA series, i would love you more than i do now! :)

One of my favourite pieces of games journalism was a PC Gamer(UK) article about iD around the release of Doom 2 where they spent pages and pages interviewing the various developers. Tragic I've had to wait 20+ years for something that felt as in depth and professional to surface again. Signed up here straight after watching, fantastic work. Cheers!

Looking forward to part 3... the music is what really makes DOOM for me, it's absolutely perfect. the moment you first open the doors and see the barren landscape around the facility, the guitar riff finishes and the protagonist cocks his gun barrel in time with the end of the riff... I was in love!

The doc on Rocket League was really great, yet my love for DOOM is short only of a couple of other things. This was so awesome to see and I'm even more excited for the next two episodes.
