Would have to say Outer Wilds, I only started playing this lately after seeing you mention it. It's such a great game, I wish there were more games like this and less generic boring shooters etc.

Final Fantasy 15 actually did a pretty good job of giving you the feeling of traveling with friends on a road trip, the game was far from perfect but it nailed that and had some good moments.
