I used to have sleep paralysis when I was little. Like literally all the time. Shit was scary asf, but I remember one time I said that it had "no control over me, and i was gonna wake up from it so i shouldn't be afraid". And then... Boom! I never had sleep paralysis ever again. I stood up to whatever tf it is! 😌

I used to have sleep paralysis a lot when I was younger but not as much now. I would see & feel things touching me sometimes. I rmb seeing a child-like figure that was all black standing in front of me at my grandmother's house just watching me.
