I would like for you to do the whole show since each episode is only around 23mins average. Let’s say if you watch 6 episodes a week you would finish the whole show in about 10months. 6eps/wk would amount to around a little less than 2.5hrs But if you don’t want to do the whole show maybe do a certain amount of episodes from each season?

I'd love to see you watch the whole show (so starting with the first few episodes). Friends is one of my absolute favorite shows. However, if you have no intentions of watching more than a few episodes, I'd say watch some favorites. It would be helpful though to watch those favorites in timeline order just because in 10 seasons, there are a lot of storylines.

Watch the best rated episodes. I’ve seen a few people attempt to watch the first season, and they do not find it funny usually. And everyone will comment saying you have to wait and keep watching because it will get better as the show goes on.
