Hey Elliott, which map are we talking about exactly? We don't have 360p assets, that would be way too little even for small maps. The lowest for low performance systems is 1080p for 16:9 maps. I just clicked through the Storms Cry Airship release again, but only found the normal 4K and HD maps and sceneries.

Hi Ben, I have just pledged to you for a month for the airship battlemaps. Not sure that you are aware, but some of them, that are supposed to be 4k, are only 320, could you please fix this. Thank you

I use Fantasy Grounds and have got the Tier 2 for access to the optimised Webm videos. Am I correct I can't get these as a separate file?

Hey Jeff, Roll20 technically support MP4 and webm files. But since Roll20 is so underdeveloped, many of the features are not available there, or only in the most rudimentary form. But if you have the disk space and upload everything manually, they technically work. There used to be addons (VTT Enhancement Suite) that simplified this process, but I don't know if it still exists or has been further developed. I hope this answers your question. Best regards Ben

Greetings Chris, thank you for your feedback. On Tier 1 the packs are sorted chronologically but also have a source book prefix (CoS, DiA, ...). If you are looking for specific maps you can use our search engine on beneos-database.com. Regarding your difficulties with opening: I am not aware of any such problems. If a notebook can play 4K videos, it can also use our maps. And if not, we still have HD maps for low-end systems. All releases are zip files. Have you unzipped them? The only thing I can think of are bit errors during download that corrupt the archive. Did you download it again?

I signed up for a membership and was wanting to get the curse of strahd stuff. One tip, I don't know if you can, but grouping the downloads by sourcebooks would be so helpful. After trying to download the stuff nothing would open or play. Sadly, I canceled my membership. I have a brand new mid tier laptop and this is the first issue I have had with things not opening. I will probably resign up if the issues get resolved

I'm not sure what you mean exactly. In the archives, all maps and sceneries are stored as MP4, that's what this tier is about.

Hey Alejandro, thank you for your kind words. Of course there is an overview map. I don't know what scene exactly, but one of the sceneries is an overview to help you get a feel of the place. Hello Ben, new patreon from Argentina, amazing content! I have one question. For large maps like Dourcrag, could it be that certain parts are missing? I'm assembling it for a game. Also, just as a suggestoin, maybe you could offer an orthographic render of the sections so you can place them all together like a jigsaw with no perspectie or overlap issues? I did not hear of any zipping issues with mega. Did you try it again? Try the MEGA app to download the assets, many Patreons have a faster download speed. We are already looking for a new hosting service for our files. We weren't lucky with our last ones.

Curious if you changed something. When I download now, I'm unable to open the zip files? 2nd time downloading the wizard of wines pack, and it fails to open. Help?

YESSSSSSSSS!!!!!! This is so well timed. I needed a mansion for my HB campaign, and this is perfect. Thanks, my man! Great job on everything. I love all your maps. And I love that you add scenery shots. Describing a place and then throwing the scenery shots up on the screen really help to hone the PCs into a collective mind around the table.

Your work is amazing! I can't wait to use these in my next game. As an idea for the 4th teir, you might consider offering scenery.mp4 files that have sweeping camera work in them. I absolutely love the scenery files, taking it to the next step, I would love to be able to introduce them to the players as if they were sweeping establishing shots in a movie, such as anytime we are introduced to a new locale in the Lord of the Rings movies (ie. drone-type camera work, taken from the air circling, around the local and revealing the mythical landscape in the background). Were you to produce such scenery files, I would totally join the 4th tier. \

Hi Ben, I joined last month after viewing your trailer about Yester Hill. I ran the scenario last week on Roll20 and it went beautifully, the players were amazed by the maps and the sceneries. Next week, they plan to visit this infamous mill they left untouched ;-) ! I'm delighted you released it ! (in case you are reading my mind and planning to do all the parts I'm about to do, know that they'll probably go to Berez after Bonegrinder ;-) However, the link to the pack 21 for the TIER 3 doesn't work Thank you for your work !
