BENEOS BATTLEMAPS FOUNDRY VTT MODULE 2.0 BETA
I have big news for Foundry VTT users (Tier 4 Patreons)! We have partnered with Blair, the developer of the ‘Scene Packer’ module to offer an enhanced version of my battlemaps and sceneries. This version of the module is currently in beta, you can find it below this post! It will only work with your Tier 4 .webm map files though and not with the Tier 1-3 MP4s.
It makes use of the ‘Scene Packer’ module, along with ‘Lock View’, ‘Multi-Level Tokens’ and ‘Point of Interest Teleporter’ to create maps that you can import just like before, except they all have pre-placed journals, MLT teleporters and scene changers to allow the GM to navigate through the maps seamlessly! Everything will already be on the maps for you to start your adventure, even some pre-placed monsters and NPCs!

We would love your feedback, so try it out and drop by the discord to let us know what you think of the enhancements. This enhanced functionality doesn’t work with Moulinette (yet) but Blair is hard at work on a solution for that!

POLL: 2nd AUGUST RELEASE
I have a long overdue holiday scheduled in late August, so I won’t have another floor of Ravenloft quite ready. Instead, I would like your help in determining what the second release in August will be! I have a set of non-Curse of Strahd maps I did to get a little variety and not ooonly do dark gritty stuff, or I can go back and remaster an older map pack release with upgraded graphics and features we achieved over the time. Let me know what you want to see and, as always, we will work to make it happen.

That is an interesting point and a lot of thinking went into it! In generel: The way Foundry VTT handles external content is not optimal in my oppinion. It creates way too much overhead. You are right instead of importing EVERYTHIN you need to import them one by one or use Modules like Compendium browser. Do yo really think creating one MODULE per pack would be reasonable? I mean you would have 26(!) times FOUR (Maps, Sceneries, 4K, HD) Beneos Battlemap Modules with an equal amount of Copendiums filling your compendium browser? In my oppinion this module by module logic will collabpse once people using 3rd Party content heavily. So yes it is a downside but what is the alternative? If you have a more convinient solution I'd love to adapt to it as I always do =)

How can I just import the map packs I want from the foundry compendium, which contains items for ALL your maps, even ones I haven't downloaded? Say I wanted just the ones for Castle Ravenloft? Either I import everything at once, and am left with many useless blank maps in my scenes directory, or I have to import each map and each scene one by one which is terribly time consuming. You should consider releasing map packs in individual bundled modules, like Czepeku does, rather than this strange attempt at having one module contain all the information for all your maps, even if I'm only interested in, and have only got, certain packs.

I suggest a walktrought video or a DM overview video showing all the map. The youtube dm overview videos of CoS are F. AMAZING! Why cant put in the packs another video with that? Just for that(i was missunderstanding) i pay this for first time. Now i just said in the comment(feedback). (sorry for my english).
