Wednesday Ben's Day #12 - Major Updates to come!

There are some huge Beneos Battlemaps Module Changes incoming!
What's happening? We'll split HD maps and 4K maps into their own respective folders. We'll separate the Module Folder from the content. Handouts, Sounds and Images will be sorted into the the folders belonging to their respective maps, where their presence actually makes sense.
Why is this happening? This will decrease the size of the module itself, so it can be simply obtained by downloading it via the regular Foundry Module browser. Because of the separation of 4K and HD content, Patreons can now decide what to specifically download, which in turn prevents problems with bandwidth and reduces unnecessary data.
What's the big deal? Every map folder now includes all the assets for that specific map. There are no longer broken links for all the fine folks who only download some maps. We are currently working on a way for you to not longer having to download the module manually, but to be able to just update it via Foundry. This will be a major quality of life improvement, promise.
,,What do I have to do?'' After we internally work out the last few kinks and make sure everything works, all of you amazing Tier 4 Patreons will have to re-download all modules and assets. We're sorry for the inconvenience, but it will be worth it!

What else is new? There is a mighty War-Troll stomping around over at Beneos Tokens and after it and the Yeti there is another gargantuan monster coming up next. As I'm currently working on the Tsolenka Pass, some of you might already know what dwells up there.
Last point for today - Do you use Beneos Battlemaps for hybrid gameplay at your table (Via a screen, a projector or something comparable) ?

I Hope to be able to use them on a non-online version on the near future. The maps are great and the scenes add a lot on the experience through Foundry. My only issue with the maps so far is regarding to the sound and the inability to adjust the volume through online gameplay (except from adjusting the volume of the computer, which impacts on other resources like video conf.)

That is sooo cool! I am glad your group liked it! Unfortunately I never were able to use them in my CoS games (it just doesnt existed back then). Thank you for your feedback =))

I use them at my table, and recently my party arrived at the Tser Pool…the Madame Eva intro cinematic was the first thing I used with them and they LOVED it!
