Couldn't you make a tropical version of it? It would be perfect to be used as Nangalore (Tomb of Annhilation) :-)

This is super awesome. I like the idea of more individual encounters to be incorporated into adventures. This one is in such a way that it can be incorporated in many different settings not just Strahd.
