[EARLY VIDEO] The Flinders Street clocks!
🕑 Added 2023-07-06 09:08:35 +0000 UTCHi everyone, this is a bit of a surprise video - I hadn't mentioned in any of my previous updates, because I only got the idea for it like two weeks ago and have smashed it out since then. had a bit of fun with this, because I realised most people don't know much about the clocks, despite them being such a major landmark, and something you can study in plain public view!
Also, for something completely different, this video prominently features some music made by my brother Cian towards the end. Enjoy!

Love the music by Cian at the end, and the time lapse footage is a great inclusion - I met my girlfriend of four years on our first date there!

Glad you enjoyed it! They were filmed on a few different days, the one standing at the Werribee clock end was on 23/6, the two shots from the other end were on 28/6, and the one from across the other side of the intersection was 29/6. All roughly around 3:30pm.

A really enjoyable video! Flinders street holds so many mysteries. It’s a shame it is not kept in better condition internally. The platforms etc are filthy!

What a perfect time to have logged on! Excellent work as always. 'No notes' as the kids say. I also share your experience of having never met someone 'under the clocks' but it's quite a cute idea. Thanks so much for another excellent video I'll inevitably rewatch a bunch of times (loved the music, too!)

Awesome video! "Meet the under the clocks" is something I absolutely love and use all the time (Despite being young) to meet friends unless we plan to eat at Melbourne Central!
